Is there a way to get rid of the fold marks. i have washed it and they are still there?
Time. I pretended they were beauty wrinkles. Like crows feet. Seemed to work. Or after washing place something heavy to weigh it down, that should help.

I guess it all depends on how wet and how long its sitting. Normal out of the shower wet has had no smell and I lay over side of tub to dry .

I would shake it out and wash it. I would not vacuum it. It would get sucked up in your vacuum. Yes, it is lint free and does not catch hair. I have washed it and it comes out beautifully.
